HOUSE RULES & GUIDELINES
* Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
* Age & Agreement Requirements: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and must sign the rental agreement prior to receiving access codes for platform compliance.
* Occupancy: Maximum of 9 total guests allowed (up to 9 adults, maximum 6 children). Children must have adult supervision at all times.
* Booking Rules: Minimum 2-night stay required. Bookings must be placed at least 1 day prior to arrival.
* No Smoking or Vaping: No smoking or vaping of any substance allowed inside or on the property premises.
* No Pets: No pets are permitted in the home due to severe allergy concerns.
* No Events or Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited unless authorized by owner. HOA rules strictly enforced (violators evicted without refund).
